Brice Mannor is a supporting character in The Heir and The Crown. She is one of King Maxon Schreave's advisers, the only female one at that.
Biography[]
The Crown[]
Lady Brice becomes Princess Eadlyn Schreave's chief adviser and one of the few people Eadlyn trusts, besides Neena. Eventually she and Eadlyn become a secret cupple. Later on, Eadlyn asks her if she would accept to being the first prime minister until the first elections. It is unknown if she accepted the offer.
It is revealed that she is Maxon's illegitimate sister. She is the product of an affair King Clarkson Schreave had when Maxon was younger. Once Maxon found out about having a half-sister, he took her away from her mother to "keep her near [him], and [has] been protecting her ever since." (The Crown, Chapter 33)
Appearance[]
She is described by Eadlyn as "lovely and petite," and Eadlyn never understood why someone as demure as Lady Brice managed to stay afloat in the political arena.
