Abril Diego is a character briefly appearing in the novella The Favorite.
Biography[]
She and her brother, Juan, worked at the palace, after they had sold themselves into service at the palace to provide for their family. They changed place with Marlee Tames and Carter Woodwork after their caning, with the help of Prince Maxon. They left the palace and went home to their mother in Panama, while Marlee and Carter with changed names worked secretly as servants in the palace. When Maxon and America became king and queen, Marlee and Carter became attendants of the royal couple.
